The idea behind The Nest was simple - to create somewhere people genuinely enjoy spending time.
Inspired by the natural beauty of Thurstaston, where the countryside meets the coast, The Nest was designed as a calm and welcoming escape from the pace of everyday life. A place where you can pause, settle in, and enjoy good food in good company.
From the very beginning, the focus has been on creating an atmosphere that feels effortless yet considered, somewhere that feels just as suited to a quiet morning coffee as it does to a celebratory lunch with friends.
