Chardonnay is the world's most popular white wine, and for good reason.

The Pinot Grigio we are all accustomed to tends to exhibit white peach notes, slight citrus tings and a hint of pear. An element of perfume and light spice round off what is a light, easy-sipping white, while you may also experience additional flavours of honeysuckle, green apple or even grapefruit.

Viognier is typically a medium-full bodied white wine, packing relatively high alcohol but low acidity. It's quite rich and similar in weight to Chardonnay, however it is distinctly more aromatic. It's generally advised you enjoy it young, while the acidity and wonderful aromas are still fresh!

Albariño is a delightful combination of high acidity, an ethereal salinity, citrus flavours and a long dry finish. The granite soils of Rías Baixas can be picked up in the aromas, giving minerality to the wine, along with fresh lime and nectarine on the nose.

Pinot Noir is all about the symphony of red fruits. Yet, it also unveils layers of earthiness, spice, and, when oak-aged, gentle wafts of vanilla and smoke. As it ages, you might catch hints of mushroom and leather.

Merlot has a medium body and is generally smooth and well-balanced. Its flavor profile includes blackberry, plum, cherry, chocolate, and spice notes.

The taste of Malbec is truly unique. It's jammy, with medium tannins and medium acidity. It has notes of coffee, leather, black pepper, vanilla, and tobacco, with some even describing it as being meaty or smoky tasting.

The rich flavor and high tannin content in Cabernet Sauvignon make it a perfect partner to rich grilled meats, peppery sauces, and dishes with savory notes.

White Zinfandel is a sweeter style wine. It's also sweeter than other rosé wines but still greatly refreshing and deliciously fruity like Pink Moscatos.

Pinot Grigio is a light white wine generally known for its fruit flavors of limes, lemons, peaches, green apples, and honeysuckle.

Taste-wise, Prosecco has medium to high acidity with a prominent fruity character. Many describe the flavor as having notes of lemon, citrus, green apple, and pear. Prosecco is also known to have a dry or off-dry level of sweetness, often thought to be sweeter than its French cousin, Champagne.
